The large circle on the upper left really grabs my eye and then brings me into the center area where the large shape is. From there my eye move around and follows all the different lines. The incomplete circles are great. The dark red color balances nicely with the bright blue color. The only thing that I might do is add some straight lines (like the ones on the bottom left) into the upper right corner area. I would have those lines shoot off from the other shapes, but the lines would have to be very thin, almost unnoticeable. Otherwise this is some great work.
